Wild Becoming is a multi-sensory journey where you will be guided through powerful modalities that awaken awareness, invite release, & support deep integration.
Yoga & breathwork will gently open the body & create space for release, allowing stored energy & emotion to move freely.
Through equine connection, you’ll experience the honest, intuitive mirror of the horse, inviting presence, clarity, & emotional awareness.
You will then be held in a trifecta sound immersion, surrounded by three sound practitioners creating a 360° field of vibration, supporting deep nervous system regulation & energetic recalibration.
Through creative expression, you’ll bring form to what you’ve felt, transforming your experience into something tangible & meaningful.
Honoring the powerful midpoint between seasons, inviting you to release what no longer serves & step forward into your next evolution.
